The Strategy and Innovation Manager drives the innovation strategy with an emphasis on customer-led differentiation and enables the culture transformation while ensuring that the strategy, businesses, data and technology are meaningfully connected.We are seeking and individual to help develop the followingAssist with the Consumer Banking Strategy: substantiating the basis of market differentiation and unique selling proposition for selected markets, customers and products. Articulating the components of propositions that deliver sustainable differentiationSecure execution of the propositions through collaboration: creating coherent plans, managing stakeholders and working collaboratively with customer experience, marketing, technology, products and digital teams. Innovation portfolio management: develop a Consumer Bank view of the innovation portfolio that most effectively supports the strategy and the development of required capabilities. Assist ideation, prototyping, market launches and portfolio optimization.
7+ years of work experience including business analysis and presentationsProven relationship, interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with senior business and technology executives to become a credible and trusted advisorStrong facilitation, process and influence skillsStrong written communication and analytical skills to synthetize complex technology problems into effective presentations to a senior audienceBusiness knowledge – appreciation for tech company evolution from start up to mature enterprise (venture capital raising, IPO, strategic M&A and portfolio management)Proven experience working with core infrastructure, modern development practices (agile, DevOps, SRE)Desirable behaviors and skills: Curious: willingness to deep dive into new domains Cross-industry experience: mixed background in multiple industries Strategic sighted: ability to inspire others with a clear vision Optimistic: obstacles are just a trigger for change Willing to change: willingness to take the first steps and inspire others to follow Stakeholder management: willingness to spend time on stakeholder management to build awareness and buy-in Manage failure and exceptions: prepare others around the pace of change and uncertain future, the importance of a portfolio approach and inherent mindset for innovation Hours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm#LI-KP2
