Description

The Fraud Detection Operations Lead requires specialized skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. They may provide guidance and support to team members and are likely to act as an information resource for colleagues with less experience. They should be highly effective team player with strong interpersonal skills. Operations Leads handle more complex and/or escalated customer situations with a strong knowledge of fraud mitigation techniques. Colleagues will have experience in multi channels for detecting fraud including but not limited to Loan Products, Check, Debit, Credit and OLB. They have great knowledge of bank systems to perform enhanced investigations as it relates to Consumer, Small Business and Commercial customers.The Operations Lead should be self starters and work independently with minimal direct supervision. The incumbent must have excellent oral and written communication skills. They must have strong understanding of related regulations and adhere to them effectively.
